The DRONCO Production System (DPS)

In order to secure and expand our market position, we started introducing the "synchronous production system" (SPS) into our manufacturing processes in stages in May 2003 with the assistance of the well-known Japanese production expert Hitoshi Takeda. The SPS system has been tuned so efficiently to our requirements that we now talk about the "DRONCO Production System", which is unique anywhere in the abrasives world.
